Personal Ufo experiences?

Although ive posted here a few times, this is my first thread and i thought i would use it to gather the experiences of other memebers regarding ufo/alien encounters.

Personally the reason i became interested in the subject was due to seeing an object in the sky a few years ago. Not sure what it was, but it hovered over my area with spinning lights going around the object at high speed, the lights then turned off and the object remained in the sky in darkness, it hovered for a few mins longer then sped off at incredible speed.

I would be interested to hear your experiences if you have any?
