let me rephrase that, i wouldnt get involved publicly, i would play it smart, destroy them from the inside out

and you can keep talking all you want, but there will be a time when everyone will stop listening

Ok, so I shouldn't tell the public? Rather, I should be quiet, keep what I know silent so that when they realize I'm a leak they can off me without anyone noticing.. I don't think so.

Maybe they will stop listening, maybe not.. but I know there have been people trying to find out about all of this for at least 26 years now.. I don't think it will die down.

Hes right! The government has the power to silence anyone including you. If this story of yours is true consider yourself lucky that you are still alive, in my opinion those watching you are toying with you and once you get to involved your life is over. I suggest you slowly let this go before you get in too deep. I know why you fight for this cause because you want to get to the truth but trust me your father wouldnt want you dead like him. A peace of advice from a police officer that i am, It isnt our job to get involved in cases similar to yours.

I'm sure all of us can sit back and say.... O leave this alone and let it die. Sure its dangerous and its also her FATHER. That makes it a whole different ball game. I would be doing the same thing if it was my Father. Staying silent and researching this would be the worst thing you could ever do, the more people that know... the better. Sure its scary but life is scary.

One reason I came to ATS was to join a group of people that were not afraid to speak out. No matter the reason or the cause, we should never just sit back and let things happen. I for one will never sit back and let someone just run over me because I'm afraid to open my mouth and I know a lot of people here feel the same way I do.

Your doing the right thing, and you do have people out here that support what your doing! Standing up for whats right! I applaud you

you should have stayed silent until you had substantial, conclusive evidence of what happened, then when you are sure you have it, bring it out.

and another thing, what if your daughter gets involved in all of this, is it really worth losing someone else to find out what happened to someone who is already gone,

in the end you are just one person, and the government is a superpowerful organization, you can never win

i dont mean to discourage you, im just stating facts,

(actually me telling you you cant do it, will most likely make you want to do it more, so maybe im encouraging you)

im only telling you not to do this because you may not justbe putting your life in danger but the lives of others. Alot of you propably would act tough and say "I would speack out" but its not a matter of being tough or having pride its about being smart. If most of you witnessed heli's around your house and find that your car has been messed with and have no sense of privacy i bet alot of us would just drop it, i know i would. And even if you do find out the truth your only satisfaction is, what? death? you decide!

Funny, the police here are aware of what I'm working on.. and, isn't it a police officers job to solve a murder? If so, why are they having ME do the footwork on this 26 years later?
This country is full of corrupt people in high places, it's time that the public knows.

Staying silent will get me killed. I have evidence, and I'm bringing it out as I get it.
I've made efforts not to get my daughter involved, all you hear is her voice, thats it. You trying to give me a guilt trip won't help, I've considered all things in this and have plans to keep my family safe.
In the end, there are a lot more than just me working on this.. we live in AMERICA... where we have RIGHTS.. to speak out about stuff.. sure, they don't always play by the rules and silence leaks.. but at the same time, as long as I have these rights, I will use them to the fullest.
Here's the thing, I want to make a difference.. I believe I am by telling my dad, Fred's and Patty's story.
so, that being said, I think you're wrong.. I believe even if this never gets "solved" so to speak, the public is being made aware.. this means I'm winning.

Completely agree with you there. I know I'd do the same if it was my father. I think some people here are under estimating the impact this has on a human being when a family member has been murdered due to trying to do what's right. If no relative on my side had been involved, I probably would just drop it and leave it alone and let someone else solve the mystery. But you better believe that if any of my relatives died because of something like this, I'd be hunting down the bastards that did it.

police officers dont solve murders, detectives do. Im sorry for the misunderstanding but im a street cop and and street cops are the first to reach the scene but higher class officers do the solving. In a case like yours the FBI should have been involved if they were aware that your father was on his way to deliver some sort of proof. If there was no evidence or if there was no connection of your fathers murder to these people that you are chasing then the case will remain open but it wont be solved unless it comes to them, im sorry for your loss but it isnt worth it. But i would like to ask you a question. Have these people contacted you in any way like a threat phone call or something of that sort a ltter maybe.

Correct, my bad
it's the detectives that are having me do foot work.. sorry, I just sorta lumped all 'police' together

Key word, 'should' let me put a video when I'm done replying from a call with Ted Gunderson that explains the FBI in all of this.

im sorry for your loss but it isnt worth it.

I disagree..

yes, when I was 16 I got several death threats when I tried to look into this then. Lately, I've been followed and of course the black helicopters and people messing with my car, guys peeking in my windows and such... I also got a call (no message left though) from the casino at the reservation.

here's that video:

I'm not 'hunting' them down.. I'm exposing what they did and all the connections with the octopus-I do want justice in all of this though... interesting note--after posting a lot of this, my dad's murder case is now unsuspended after 26 years

I love what you are doing.

I am an award-winning doc filmmaker.

If you want to talk about making a professional piece
about this whole horrible story, let me know...
I could directly help- or just give you some advice...

To me, making a record (a book or TV program) is key-
for it arranges the evidence into a NARRATIVE!

THIS IS KEY!

how many times ive heard that one, we live in america, things like this cant happen (blair witch project ...so funny), we have rights,

the truth is you have no rights, everyone "thinks" they have rights, and that they matter, but seriously you mean nothing, when put up against the government and those people at the top, you will lose, no matter what

even if you prove it was them, you ve just won a battle not the war

there are close to 7 billion people on this planet, what makes americans so special, or better yet what makes you so special

I did try to call, I actually thought it was the "detective' calling me back because it was a california number, but it was the switch board for the casino.-

I never said that American's are better than anyone else.. nor did I say I was.

Stop trying to pick a fight.

im not trying to pick a fight i was plainly stating facts and asking questions

i realise you never said those things, but your response of - this is america i have rights, must mean something related to my questions

and if you think my posts are "picking a fight" that most likely means they are unjustifiable

but under the conditions that i work for the government, and and am trying to discredit you then my actions would be justifiable because it would be my job

but dont worry i dont (or do i...lol) i just get a little frustrated when people think that just because they have rights written down on a piece of paper in some constitution does not mean they are invinsible, your situation is proof of that

and i know you are going to say "i never said i think im invinsible" but most people do, i know because i used to, i thought the law would protect me at any moment

only once you understand the system will you see the truth

I realize that there will be those out there, plants if you will, or just people that don't understand that will attempt to discredit me--it comes along with what I'm doing..
I also know that my rights mean nothing to those involved in this.. but the fact is, I still have them and will speak out about this. I don't expect you to understand why I'm doing what I'm doing.. but the fact is, I am.. and will continue to. I do have several reasons for why I'm speaking out, to tell my dad's story because he can't, to make sure all the deaths in this have not been in vain, to inform others of what is happening right under their noses, and because morally, to me, I can't just sit and do nothing.
See, what a lot don't understand about the octopus is, there will ALWAYS be someone to tell this.. it has touched too many lives at this point. They can't stop us all.

oh yes....
I never said I think I'm invincible lol (sorry, I had to
)
I'm aware a lot think they are.. but I know my limits and I know that any moment I can be taken away with what I'm dealing with.. I'm very well aware of this.

I know that that this is about a California tribe ( yes?) and that you have some Cherokee....

Have you considered contacting Russel Means?

Native issues are all over the place with the Lakota renouncing their treaties with the US this past month. It could possibly offer some sort of "public' shelter for you.

Actually, interesting you mention him. I was talking with someone from youtube like a week ago and he randomly suggested I call into alex jones show.. so I decided I would even though I'd only called into one other radio show in my life (when I was like a small kid lol)
While I was holding for my call to be taken Russel Means was the guest on the show that night and I got to hear his story. I did visit his site as well and sent an email.. but I haven't had a reply yet.. I'm sure he got flooded after the show like I did.. either that or my email just never made it through, so I'm giving it another week or so to see if I get a response.
Thanks !
