Another no fly zone image over DC 10/29/07

Another no fly zone image over DC shows up. This we've seen
and here we see one captured yesterday 10/29/07 during daylight

At least one of these images are from 2005 as seen HERE from Rense.

They are determined to be helicopters/planes at Rense. DC is not a "no fly" zone. It is a restricted air space. There is a difference. Military and State Dept. helos would frequent the skies above DC. This restricted air space would become a "no fly" zone if a threat was detected.
