Naturally occurring viruses inject a part of their DNA into the hosts cell. It's possible to 'splice' the viruses DNA, and add new DNA sequences.
In this case it would be this deadly sequence of DNA which would be injected by the virus into the host cell.
Now the scariest part of all this is the fact that for the past two years they have been doing research on what they call 'heat stable
vaccinations.' They have been researching on creating vaccinations inside a food source. The foods they have tried are potatoes, and tomatoes. Now
the company who was doing this research said they were quite successful, but they decided to stop research for fear of contamination into the food
supply. Now they are doing research on vaccinations inside of non-edible plants.

Most vaccinations are the non-deadly form of a virus. So if they could splice this sequence into a virus, and then put the virus in some food source.
The goal would be to kill a group of people or a person, and it would be very difficult to track down how these people died. And it could be a very
specific weapon for murdering a select group of people.
