Gordon Brown - New International Order speech

Here is a link to the BBC news site with Gordon Browns speech in which he mentions a NEW INTERNATIONAL ORDER and speaks rather favourably about biometrics and a centralisation of data from numerous agencies. If you're interested:

Like someone just mentioned on another post, 'total info awareness.' There can't be anything favorable about this guy, haven't looked into him yet but this is bad news that he's already doing the 'order' routine a coupla months in. Biometrics? Already, where? Airports? Malls? Is it running anywhere aside from gov't / military agencies yet?
