HAARP Question?

I was wondering this the other day and thought I would throw it out there. I've read a little about HAARP and was wondering if it could be used to throw out enough energy to down a flying saucer?

I'm really serious about this. throughout reading about the technology that may be involved with them, they will crash if the right current obstructs them. I don't remember who it was but a lead researcher in the UFO field said they can't go near certain power lines because it effects the way they work. Someone point out how stupid this sounds if i'm wrong please.

Why do you want to essentially kill an alien?
