Well, it sounds to me like you may be done. Yes, that's right. It sounds to me like you've learned and absorbed most or all of what is available here, and now you no longer have to visit so frequently, if at all. You get to visit other websites and forums through the World Wide Web, and discover new and exitings things elsewhere. Maybe you can drop by once a month or so to see if anything new is happening, but you don't have to hang around or anything.

Congratulations!

What we need to add is an Action Forum associated or connected to any issues or controversies that require research, action and resolution, so that members will be inspired and encouraged to contribute on the progress of the subject(s), instead of just digesting, building paranoia, blaming, implicating, suspecting or worst ...just being complacent.

I think we need a new forum which needs every topic to be pre evaluated before coming a post. It's like one year from now I guarentee I will be reading a post about if anyone has seen these videos from Haitai, or the brooklyn video again. This is so tiresome. We need a different forum to weed this out!

I've come to terms with this forum being 99.9% fantasy stuff. Once I came to terms with that, I didn't really care about all the silly stuff, like the dude who wants you to believe he talks to aliens, the reptillian posters, or the posts like "If you this or that", "What would you do if..." etc. This site, in my opinion, is just an entertaining break away from everyday work and reality issues, where you can come and get a quick chuckle, and also post your opinions about stuff that doesn't matter, like I'm doing right now.

There, see, I feel a part of something now! See you guys back here in a couple days when I'm bored with work again ;-)

i agree with this post.

I've been a member on this site for about 2 years i think now.
and last summer I made a similar post.
this section of the site has really gone down hill.
I remember the intense discussions about area 51, and people were actually going out there, taking pictures, and posting them on here.
people were actively posting studies, and it was a very very interesting way to spend an evening.
but it seems as if sightings are on a steep decline in terms of quality.
I miss the old ats. without the new skin and everything.

May I post something that has probably been suggested a plethora of times, but I'm too "lazy" to sift through the several pages of non-sensical BS to get to the core of something? (you know, I just deleted several lines of text because if I'd posted it I'd probably have been banned...)

Saurus wrote it best, but I'd like to say that most of us have jobs, have kids to raise, try to make time to be good spouses/boyfriends/girlfriends etc. It's not that we're lazy, it's that we don't have time to read through every line of every post. Human beings are active creatures and want to participate. How fun is it to sit on the sidelines and watch (or in this case, read) 70+ pages of text?! 1, 2, maybe 3 times... after a while it gets old. So forgive us "newbies" for wanting to participate and add to the discussion, even if it means starting up our own posts. Perhaps ATS should make a newbie forum, intermediate forum, and Mr./Mrs./Miss fancypants club forum? (it's a joke, get over yourself!).

The key word to remember here is... ACTIVE. "A verb is a word, and it means action!" No one wants to post a piece of info on a topic over one year old. It's a dead end. After all the dust has settled everyone is so infuriated at each other to continue discussing it to it's logical conclusion.

Perhaps, the best sol'n would be to let the fancypants have a battle royale of wits while us newbies wager on the side?

Just my 2 cents of

Now that was funny! Living in San Diego, CA. I have been through much drama this week so far and that my friend made my day besides it being my daughter's birthday, thanks!

You're in favor of a big brother pre-screening and censoring our replys and threads....Great
