The TOPOFF 4 drill in Portland, Ore., was interrupted Thursday after a bomb scare in a hotel where Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff was scheduled to visit. Police officers and bomb-sniffing dogs were sweeping the hotel's parking garage when the dogs alerted authorities of a possible bomb in a car that was later found to be owned by a TOPOFF participant. Police formed a perimeter of several blocks, shut down train service in the area, and evacuated some surrounding buildings. By 3:45 p.m., security teams found the area to be secure, however that day's drill activities were already cancelled. Police officials believe that the vehicle could have picked up explosive residue that set off the dogs.

Very strange. A vehicle belonging to a TOPOFF participant proves positive for explosives residue. How weird is that?

They later discovered that the dogs had detected traces of explosives in police and military vehicles that were involved in the exercise that was being staged. The bomb residue is something common in those type of vehicles.

People don't know what they are doing, or we don't know what they are doing and they do very well..

Maybe the police were carrying traces of explosives,as part of the exercise,to test the dogs?

If so the dogs did well.
I won't say this is a NWO bomb plot just yet for this one.

I hope this is just part of TOPOFF-testing the dogs,etc.For the test to work,someone would have to carry traces of something.
Its the same with how the cops train their drug dogs,they are trained to sniff out real drugs!
Only way to test `em really.

If it was to test the dogs, then why this:

As I said:

People doing this "exercise" either don't know what they are doing OR they really do know a lot and we don't have a clue. The gap of knowledge is getting more evident every day.

Yeah, this was probably nothing to worry about.

Just in case, though, could one of our Portland members do some "sniffing" to figure out the building that were evacuated and let us know the area?

If a bomb goes of later in Portland the activity around these building is going to be damning.
