Hey all, I was checking out THIS SITE and realized how easy this is to do for anyone, at affordable prices....

I don't know about the facial products that supposedly slow down aging, I like to stick to al naturale when it comes to anything related to my body. HERE is another article about the topic, delving into different "age" concepts.

Lastly, HERE and HERE are some books pertaining to the topic.

(((personal note: has anyone tried/are into GOJI berries? They help a lot w/ the aging process and taste great! Kind of expensive but worth it, very high in antioxidants. As ya'll can tell, not taking to my 30s that well!)))

i love cherries, they help with inflammation. its very good if you eat or drink cherry juice after working out. it helps sore muscles heal faster. (body builders eat cherries after intense work outs!)

dried goji berries taste awful, they taste a bit smokey.

Hmmm...didn't know that about Cherries, maybe I will drink some Cherry juice after workouts. Does that help with kidneys?

Also, I think managing stress will help keep wrinkles off, as does not smoking. I bought liqour recently, lady thought I was 17, I'm 23. How I do it, not sure, but I am fairly stress free and try to take care of myself diet wise and mentally.

...on the update. Some amazing stats about goji berries/super-foods and their anti-oxidant potential, check these stats:

....And how can we know what that antioxidant capacity is? Currently, by its ORAC scale rating (Oxygen Radical Absorbency Capacity). The ORAC scale is a standardized test used by the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) to measure the Total Antioxidant Potency of foods and nutritional supplements, specifically to measure available compounds that destroy and neutralize free-radicals in the body.

Goji Berries – 25,300
Prunes – 5770
Raisins – 2830
Blueberries – 2400
Spinach – 1260
Broccoli – 890
Cherries – 670
