Strange building at WRAFB?

I was recently visiting a friend at WRAFB and after doing a little exploring on the base I stumbled upon a very strange building. It stands about 75-100ft tall and it has a strange triangular shape. Two sides of the building had some sort of unique metal siding and the other side had a canvas look to it, kinda like a drive in movie screen. The entire area around the building was fenced in with a large access point with 2 guards that appeared to be armed with rifles. Just curious on what this building is used for.
