Another cat was found cut in half Monday morning. It was the latest in a string of brutal attacks against cats and the second mutilated cat found in the northwest side neighborhood Summit Colonies North. But as News 4 WOAI's Kim Fischer found out, there may be more cats being tortured.

I just stumbled upon this link through the thread about George Bush warning of WW3. Apparently in San Antonio there is a person, or group of people just randomly hacking cats in half. I really don't understand how anyone could get pleasure from killing something else.

This kind of thing happens every Halloween. Cats go missing..or are found dead. The freaks are coming out of the woodwork.

Here in Waco a while back, there was a Baylor student who was arrested for sticking a firecracker up a cat's rear end and then beheading it... :shk:
