When I was a kid you used to get a little prize when you opened a box of Cracker Jacks TM; maybe it was a puzzle or a whistle. Today I found this in a bag. I guess it always did have a man in navy uniform on the front. (It's a sticker)

I just keep seeing on someone's posts that quote about "He who controls the children control the country" Bu Herman Goering? Just considered it something to think about. Of course when I was a kid I was only lighting army men on fire with lighter fluid and melting airplanes, Cracker Jack toys should be whistles and puzzles. That's my story and Im sticking with it.
Man my post was really buried in "Chit Chat" I can't even figure out how to find chit chat from the board -I have to do a search from author name.

That is the character from the "Big Dog" clothing line. They have every possible T-Shirt catch phrase covered, as well as spoofs of TV/Movies.

But yes, there's been an upsurge in the control of the "willing cannon fodder" segment ( young children).
I loved the "Urban Theater" battle set....which looked like an American living room. GI Joes have made a big comeback too.

Where the hell were these spin doctors when the war was going on, hehe....???

We could have used them at THAT time....

Masterful on the part of the manipulators...but a sad day for Americanna.....

You know, I see a nice, glossy black Humvee with a Homeland Security emblem on it almost every day on my drive home from work.... Reminds me that another military once had a unit that dressed all slick with glossy black cars...only they were at least properly called the Gestapo....
