Been lurking around the site for a while, and just couldn't resist not posting on this particular thread.
Hoagland is a bit wacky, but I understand that plenty of people respect him, and would definately give him the benefit of the doubt before dubbing him
a "fruitcake".
Planet X... now that's pure, delicious fruitcake right there.
The idea that a planet which, apparently, passes through our Solar System every 3,700 years is somehow being kept secret by NASA? If that's the
case, and we are apprently approaching another orbital pass, then that means the last time it occured was about 1700 bc. Yet, this apparently went
unnoticed by the ancient peoples? And what of the havoc its expected to wrought? How did the Egyptians happen to continue to exist? I understand that
there are records of astronomical phenomenon, but Planet X will apparently kill us all. Why hasn't it already, on previous passes? If the planet is
of sufficient mass to already be affecting the orbits of the outer planets, than regardless of how effective NASA bureacracy has apparently become, it
would be noticed. As for it being observable only from the South Pole, thats just nonsensical. Considering the sheer distance that we're talking
about, the only thing preventing someone from observing a heavenly body is the Earth (in the sense that if the Earth were a glass sphere, those in the
North could observe the Southern Celestial Pole by merely looking through the sphere, and vice versa).
Space and what's out there are already is already almost too beautiful and divine to understand; it doesn't need fiction to make it anymore
incredible.
I've read many of the sites posted in reference to this topic, but haven't been able to access disclosure.tv... site never loads.
