On the phone questions I assume the contact would be secure on the other end.

Ok so you said that you want to know this information just incase of an nwo situation, well then how would you know that you would need to go on a monitered website "3" times a day? My gut feeling is suspicious about this

I would definitely say just stick somebody up for their phone, preferably a PDA type phone with internet access. Use it to do what you gotta do, then trash it.

Stay on the move at all times. I would imagine that most people would give up their cell phones pretty quick with a gun in their back. This is the easiest and most logical solution for me. Normally I wouldnt condone armed robbery, but in survival mode anything goes.

Why run? Why hide? If this very hypothetical scenerio played out, believe me. If my family and friends were in jeopardy, I'd do whatever I could to stop them there and then. God knows I'm not going to shoot any animals with these guns.

I was going to talk about 2 meter radio and phone patches, but this is in the open but untraceable from the caller. the receiver of the call would have the number recorded in records.

Best bet now is just give a kid a few bucks to buy a prepaid cell phone for you.

This "survival mode all goes" mentality will be the downfall of the people if the "NWO thing" ever happens.

Because the people will be turned onto each other. You'll be trying to get my stuff, and kill me to get it, and thus ill be trying to kill you to stop you from killing me.

Everyone is alone because no one can be trusted.

No effective resistance would ever be organizable or mountable without communication between the dissidents.

In this age of technological superiority, I like the cockroach mentality. Just use your regular cell phone, everyone use your regular cell phones. They'll have so much traffic up at all times that they'd be more inclined to kill the cellular towers/satellites than spy on them, as getting any one particular conversation tapped reliably would require some proximity to the person physically, like scanning close to the conversation with an area of effect device such as drug detectives do in American cities today.

It's all about there being so frikkin' many people doing something or using something that even if it is blatant and obvious, the sheer volume will overwhelm any attempts at isolating and pin pointing each and every individual and neutralizing them all. some will get by, some will not. most will be lucky, a few will be lost. How else could you do it, how else has it ever been done? There will always be loss..

But dying for the right cause is noble.

1. Without revealing your identity, acquire a US cellular phone that can be used for at least 60 minutes. Where will you get the phone? How will you pay for it? How can you be sure your identity will not be revealed?

just ask friends or steal one from someone if it gets that bad or some way it aint really that hard

2. Show how you would get a cellular telephone in another country without revealing your identity. Detail step by step how you would accomplish this.

another way just steal it or maybe make a fake identity and get it

3. Create an email account that does not link back to you. Show step by step how and where the account would be established.

hushmail.com @ a pc store or something like that somewere very public

4. You need to visit a particular website that you know is being monitored by the opposition. The website requires that you log in with your secret password each time to get access to the info you need. How could you visit this site three times over a week without being identified? Be specific on how you do it each time.

dont know someway were u are encrypted

5. You and your friends want to share documents over the internet without any of you being identified. How could you do this? Describe the mechanism you would create to allow you to share the documents.

mirc.com download get blowfish encryption the latest send the key and start sharing encrypted #
very simple

Well I tried to make the topic relevant to this forum by adding the NWO thing. This class is called 21st Century Intelligence Problems and it is taught by David Edger. Some might know him as the CIA guy that just happened to go be teaching around or at the same place Moussaoui was trying to learn how to fly.

It is a very cool class and we learn a lot about the intelligence community and how some things are done.

Why not carry a phone with out a batttery in it chat to someone in a bar pull out the phone ask can you borrow theirs as yours had died, you'll pay for the call - pay 2or more times the cost up front..

That is of course the call is a short local\national not international call.

Never leave the battery in the phone after all you not expecting a call are You?

When finished with the phone post it with the battery in to some random location. Put it in the post box just before collection time. That way it will be on the move and never stopped long enough to be tracked back.

Phone boxes hotel lobbies and proper training how to cut into a line will also help.

purchase heap laptop network card and drive around most cities have idiots with wireless

LOL where do you think they recruit from 7-11? The questions you ask may help a terrorist so I wont help in any form by giving my answers to your questions. If you need to communicate to other other countries then you probably are a terrorist.

Paranoid much?
I understand your thoughts, but really I am sure they, the terrorists, and other threatening and non threatening agencies or groups, have way better techniques than we can throw together. I enrolled my self for the course, I like the course, and yes I have thought about working for the CIA after I finished my undergrad. Plans are though to head to law school instead. This study of mine and the rest of the class is purely academic and on paper. It is for a grade so I thought I would throw this out to the only forum I know of that has some people that could help me with my research.

Well it's easy to use a mobile phone without it being linked directly back to you. Buy second hand mobile out of paper or shop and pay with cash. Buy new sim card out of mobile shop and when you phone to register the sim card in your name use false details. Concerning the Email address go to internet cafe log onto Hotmail and register again with false details. Of course you shouldn't do this as it's illegal giving false information.

Better make sure you cite ATS as an academic source in that case...wouldn't want to be seen as encouraging plagiarism in essays and all that, sounds like a pretty interesting class to be taking though

The electoral roll and other search agencies use only the first initial of your first name, so if you have a middle name, use that instead and if ever questioned, state that its the name you have always been known by rather than your first name...makes life a hell of a lot harder for those who try to trace you by 'administrative means'

Not citing a source is a no no! I know here atleast they can kick you out if you fail to do so!

It is possible to walk into a store in the UK with an unlocked phone and buy a Sim card with credit already applied for no more than five pounds. No questions will be asked and the person who sells it you will have forgotten you exist shortly afterwards. Plus if you wait a while to use the phone any CCTV of you buying the Sim will have been recorded over leaving you completely anonymous.

Looking towards the future though, if I was going to use a phone I would be looking to top up that phone with a lot of credit, turn it off and then stick it in a drawer and forget it. Topping up exposes you to risks you don’t need.

Has for the idea that a phone can be insecure while switched off, I’m sure some egg head at a repair shop must have spotted a part that shouldn’t be there by now. And has as been said, take out the battery. Use the phone on the move, and then only power it up long enough to say what you need to say. Also don’t send texts, they are written documents deposited on the recipients phone. Speak, keep it short and use the old paranoid drug dealer code word routine. It’s surprising how easy it is to say what you need to say without mentioning it when severe punishment is a danger. That said if they are onto you it matters little, eventually you will repeat yourself enough times and they will have you. But at least avoiding ‘key’ words might keep them off the scent.

Personally I wouldn’t use a phone anyway, they are nothing more than a beacon when they are switched on, and you are reliant on the person you are contacting having the same secure drills has yourself. BUT if you really have to, buy six phones and use them all in a random order.

Of course this is all hypothetical, I talk that much s*** on the phone that One Eyed Gordon would get bored of me in short order.
