It amazes me that only in this forum that people just to the supernatural and unproven to explain common everyday happenings.

Right from the beginning of this thread it was clear that there was no research made into what it could be.

A simple web search could have stopped it before it started, but because it seems cool to suspect world conspiracies and supernatural goings on we end up with demons possessing televisions when it is an advertising campaign.

Having said that it is a very nasty advertising campaign. Fox has too much power and shouldnt be allowed to do things like this. The people that run Fox television are the 'demons' of the world.

There's demons all over Fox television. Nothing new or groundbreaking.

Ok, thats a little harsh. Why should they not be allowed to show it?
I like Fox and I think its a cool way to advertise an upcoming new show. Oh well.....

I too saw this on "Hell's Kitchen" last night. It was a DVR'd copy, don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Have all the instances been during Fox programming? That might somewhat explain the promo theory.

I think its only on FOX. I've heard about like 5 shows on FOX having it. I just think its strange to have a terminator pop up during these pretty 'tame' shows. Subliminal marketing or not, its just strange.

It's close to halloween. Halloween used to actually be celebrated, this is probably a throwback to the stuff they used to do. Anyone else remember the black popsicles with red ice inside?

This way of advertising is worse than getting thousands of spam email per day. They dont want to advertise during the break because that would take seconds away from other sponsors. During the break I mute the TV and do something else for 3 mins. Now fox is advertising within in this manner, there is no way to avoid it.

Bill boards, I can look away from, magazine ads I turn the page, Radio ads I play a CD, internet advertising I get a popup blocker, TV ads I mute the TV and look away. Now them advertising by fading in and out during the shows you watch there is no way to avoid it.

I believe in self sensorship, so now the only option is to turn off the TV.

With America being a TV nation I am not suprised that you like FOX and buy into this way of advertising.

Total waste of time? You mean compared to all the posts on ATS that are a constructive use of time uncovering all those REAL conspiracies and paranormal events?

Looks fake & hoax to me - probably reflection of lights (like flashlights) and all to me.

Yes there is, stop watching Fox. I wouldnt watch any TV if I was in the states because of all the advertising. More than double what we get here. If people stopped watching, ads would decline to get people back.

I would appreciate it

Thanks,
Jasn

P.S. U2U me when/if they are posted so I know to check back.

ha! I always suspected that "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader" was created by satanists with Jeff Foxworthy being the Lord of Darkness himself.
I'm just teasing.
Is anyone taking this seriously?

Eh, looks like a reflection to me, too. If they dimmed and/or got brighter randomly, maybe even blinked (do demons blink? lol) I would put more thought into it. But it does associate itself with the glare of the lights alot. Just my two cents.

IT'S BEEN SOLVED ALREADY, PEOPLE. PLEASE READ THE THREAD.

They're advertising for the Sarah Connor Chronicles showing in January 2008.

Sorry you all had to be guinea pigs of subliminal advertising. Just rest assured it is not a Fox demon! :O

If you want to read more, there are... 186 pages of results. Searching = power.

Keywords: Sarah Connor Chronicles Subliminal Advertising

Now stop posting your silly theories because they don't matter.

I'd never be caught dead on that show and I'm sure any demons would follow my example! Looks like lensflares off of a camera lens.

How much $$$$ did the demon get? Maybe he can take me out to dinner!

Wow that's interesting. I thought I was going nuts when i saw the same thing on the screen during the FOX show K-Ville last week. However when I saw it, the eyes were red and not white. My wife of course was in the bathroom at the time so i had no other witness. I've been lookin for it ever since with no luck. But I'm glad someone got it on tape. I can finally show my wife so she doesn't think im goofy. Fox is an evil network anyway, like all the rest of them I guess. I heard that in the near future that THEY were going to able to look at us while we watch the Television so that there is no more privacy left, not even our own homes. The idiot Box is becoming like a two way mirror. Who are the idiots letting THEM in.... I Guess we have to turn off the TV's and read book and spend more quality time with the family.......but then we'd miss our shows

Haha I think every adult that goes on this show is one of the weirdest people I have ever seen and they are what we should be investigating here at ATS

Havng dutifully read through all six pages of this most enlightening thread (more or less
) And at the risk of incurring the wrath of fellow Fair Skeptics, Moderators and other assorted fellow human beings on ATS and such, I would like to proffer up a different viewpoint.

In the interest of finding the real conspiracy here, I would like to suggest that the poster who indicated that he worked in television and knew the real skinny, is in fact, a disinfo agent from the Reptilian Sub-Society.
