Help with Telekenisis

I have been practicing remote viewing for about a month now and every now and then I try to incorporate tk with it. I have had success with remote viewing, but not tk. i have looked at different websites on how develop tk, but none of them have pervailed. i even used the website that is mentioned within some of the posts on here. i was wondering if someone could help me out and give me some pointers.

but it was in another thread about a month ago.
there were a couple card "games" that you could do that were really helpful...i just can't remember them

but other than making my card come to the top of the deck
i can't do anything!
