Alien craft or government experiment?

Not sure if this has been posted before as I'm new here. I came across this a few days ago and I'm trying to figure out if it's fake or not. Heck some of you have probably already seen it lol.

I will say one thing it doesn't seem to fly naturally as you would expect an advanced craft to do.

Maybe it's a hoax, maybe it's a government experiment who knows? I doubt it is actually a UFO because of the way it sort of flies at a slight angle lol.
