Bohemian Grove Human Sacrifice Ritual To Appear On Cartoon Network
Lucy, Daughter of the Devil, is an ‘adult cartoon’, part of the Turner Broadcasting owned Cartoon Network’s late night line-up. It is a 10 minute CGI comedy show; the plot follows an eccentric and im-witted Satan, who is living in San Francisco, trying to convince his 21-year-old daughter, Lucy, to assume her role as the Antichrist. Along the course of their adventures, Lucy meets and begins to court ‘DJ Jesús’, a laid back techno DJ who turns out to be the second coming of Christ. The show is heavy with blasphemous shocks, but as it is sadly lacking it wit, it rates among the lower end shows featured in the ‘Adult Swim’ programming block; without the talents of H. Jon Benjamen, the brilliant voice actor who providing the voice of Satan, the show likely never would have made it past the pilot.

This Sunday an episode of the show entitled ‘Human Sacrifice’ will air, in which the Devil is summoned to attend a ritual human sacrifice at the Bohemian Grove in Northern California, held to honor a senator who has been chosen to be elected as the next president. DJ Jesús is chosen to serve as the sacrificial victim, and is lured to the Grove under the pretext that he will be DJing the ‘most amazing dance party/orgy/political summit on the planet’, which he is told is like the movie ‘Eyes Wide Shut’, except Alan Greenspan and Bono will be there

Wow... I dont have cable. Don't know about this show at all. Seems like our conspiracy 'meme's here at ATS keep popping up in the mainstream.

What are they doing? Continued conditioning of the masses?

I watched it and I laughed.

I wonder why they subsituted Molech for Satan? More sensational and easy to envision?

Then again they did present the devils daughter Lucy as the potential anti-christ which somewhat takes the place of the female reference in the owl that is supposedly really used as the inferno.

I'm getting used to this, now this and the show of abc i think about the office worker that has government secrets inplAnted in his head (chuck). Does the government have something to hide with this show? who knows....

The tv shows that are coming out now are crazy. I believe it's the governments way of conditioning us for something BIG.

But I saw this episode. It wasn't God awful. The show is about the devil's 21 year old daughter, and her boyfriend, a DJ who may be the second coming of the savior.

The DJ regularly hangs out with Satan, and always easily thwarts his attempted assassinations on the part of Satan's minions. He escaped being sacrificed in this episode. The DJ performs Criss Angel type stunts, that's his gimmic.

While I won't deny the government gets it's hands into a lot of avenues to condition the people, I think people are grasping at straws here.

Before 9/11, there were a number of patriotic movies, focusing on WW2 and other such topics. That, I could view as a subtle form of conditioning. However, I don't see a puff of smoke coming from this grassy knoll.

We have so many other things going on, and THIS is what catches everyone's attention? Is it too much of a stretch to imagine an animator that is trying to spoof Satan would parody this type of thing? Not to mention Satan fails in his mission to kill the DJ, AGAIN.

There doesn't need to be a monster under every bed.

And sometimes a Cartoon Network short series about Satan's daughter Lucy is just a funny fifteen minutes. I mean really, if it was legit, don't you think Satan could swing a full 30 minutes? Who takes anyone or anything that is only pulling 15 minutes of airtime seriously?

Also keep in mind where this is airing. For those of you who are not familiar with the Adult Swim programming; tasteless, raunchy, and sometimes blasphemous animation is nothing new. While I'll admit I have found some of their shows to be somewhat entertaining in the past, alot of their current stuff is just mind numbing dribble.

Another point to keep in mind is that internet fads appearing on their shows is not at all uncommon, though it is usually a good bit behind the fad itself. I really doubt there is any deeper meaning to all this, just the same ol same ol for Adult Swim.

satan is prince of the air, so satanicly themed shows make sense since the devil owns the airwaves. And can manipulate light..getting the metaphore yet?? Thats right satan and the beast etc are really metaphore for evil humans possessed by a liar whos really perhaps an alien being manipulating things on earth before the awakening of our true existence in mass, there by attempting to change the course of human thought towards a benevolent leader of a galactic empire, aka God. Makes sense to me for some insane reason.

i did watch it but it was 30mins long and when i checked the program settings it said cramp twins on every 10 mins
