US 'War Alert' Issued To Russia , Western Allies

Russia’s Strategic Rocket Forces (a separate branch of Russia's Armed Forces) are reporting to the Kremlin today that Commander Col.-General Nikolai Solovtsov has received an ‘urgent’ communication from his American counterparts (as per the provisions of the START 1 Strategic Nuclear Arms Control Agreement signed between Russia and the US in 1991) notifying Russian Military Authorities that the United States will, essentially, go to ‘full war footing’ this weekend.

It does, but I do not know if nworeport.com is reliable a source, but it does make you wonder, I also wonder where they got this from..

Interesting. US seems determined to get that third World War started. We'll see what happens. At least previously, there have been forces within their ranks that doesnt want that to happen, so hopefully they will be able to stop this one as well.

I guess with the national debt they have, they want to take the rest of the planet with them before they go down.

My hope is with the aliens to stop this war. They have been seen disarming warheads and missiles before, and according to Stephen Greer from the Disclosure Project, they will not allow the war to destroy the planet.

Why would they keep all the Plutonium in one place? That doesn't seem to smart if they are going to let everyone know where it is too.Why would it be an urgent call to the Russians if it has been planned?

Well if you look on the links in this story, you will see the sources they are from.
I will say that in the past if a story was found out to be a fake plant story, The NWO Report has retracted the story and posted it as being a fake. It does make sense for the USA to inform Russia of such an event in case something happens.

very interesting. no russian news agency has said anything? anyone ever feel like WE may not be getting the full internet? just a though however if we warned them were going to full war footing this weekend then its propably to keep the russians for misintrepreting something as a strike and reacting. lets not forget the cold war is resting in its grave however its a very shallow grave.

Yes, but I didn't saw in any of those links about this any reference to a warning sent to the Russians or that the Russians were ‘shocked’ about anything.

while I won't put much stock into the site, I will say that it isn't as bad as the thread makes it seem. This key statement should be in the thread:

The reasons stated by the Americans for going on ‘war footing’, according to these reports, are twofold, with the first being their intention to begin transferring all of the their weapons grade plutonium to their Savannah River Site located in South Carolina, and, secondly, their intention to begin their largest ‘terror exercise’ in history by ‘simulating’ the explosion of nuclear armed ‘dirty bombs’ in American cities.

So, we are going on war footing to protect plutonium (smart since we wouldn't want anything to happen to the plutonium. like how we didn't want anything to happen to the nuke warheads that resulted in one missing) and we are running an exercise to mimic a nuclear attack on American soil.

I'm more worried about these two events the our nation going on "war footing" whatever that actually means.

Come on, did you read the whole article?! Your source is ridiculous!!! Ancient Egyptian predictions? King Tut? Please, get us a more reliable source, though I doubt you will.

Any Military types want to let us know of any exercises that might be going on
during the next week or two that may pertain to this..

As previously stated i don't like or trust this source but I guess we should
keep the idea in mind and see if we can find any other info relating to this
"news" and i put it in quotes to enforce that this is just not a reliable source..

If exercises are found to be questions should be

1) what cities/states
2) involved agencies
3) Local/ State/ federal/civil
4) what are the terms and conditions of the attack (weapon used
resulting damage and remedies)
5) what if any info is available would lead the government to pick a particular
type of attack over others in the vast array of possible attacks
6) what Civilian controls have been or could be placed on these exercise to
allow monitoring and checks/balances

Looks like the same article to me. I do believe that says it all.

If this is true the local military installations will be hoppin' tonight!

You see, I live in the center of all kinds of military poo. The ship building yard, the largest navy base in the world, an army base, an air force base, a marine base, a "nuclear weapons facility", a CIA training ground, and CIA Headquaters are all within 20 miles of my location.
