pictures i took tonight (one has an "eye" in it)

So tonight it was really windy and stormy so I went outside to take some pictures, in one of the pictures I noticed that there was something that looked like an eye (At least it was the first thought that I had).. Yes it could just be a spec or something on the lens but I doubt it.. its the first time ive seen anything like this on a picture ive taken..

I will post the picture with eye looking thing and then I'll post some pictures of other stuff I took the same night so you can get a preview of the lens..



It's the thing above the white writing (white writing is the writing on a powerbox) other stuff is lights..

It looks like a flying 9ball! Someone must have jumped it off the pool table nextdoor. I believe the correct term would be "He dogged the cheese!"

The one i marked with an arrow ? If so i can see quite a few others ,just circled with red



Though they not that bright are the same..lens flare/reflection? I am sure some expert will know exactly what it is.
