OR the two things are the result of different video anomalies. That's why we need a video expert to analyze why the artifact remains on only one part of his forehead and brow,even as he exits the scene.

Come on folks, someone out there must be able to break this thing down, frame by frame, and track the anomalie on his forehead.

We've already heard 40 different versions of - "it's video compression!" Exclamation points and repetition do not prove the entire anomalie is a compression artifact. A scientific, frame by frame analysis would, however.

What you're seeing is digital jpeg compression loss.

The reason he most likely moved out of the shot was because either the cameraman or the director (through his IFB) told him he was losing the signal.

Like someone posted earlier, you can see it happening to other parts of the picture as well.

I don't believe this is shapeshifting.

Why did he duck out of the Picture?

He was standing in the way of the School Marque.

Watch the camera they zoomed in on the marque with the school name on it.

I have already expressed my views in Meat Clowns other threads so I am just going to say I agree with Smugallo.

It's going to take alot more than a crappy youtube video to convince anyone of anything this ridiculous

It's odd when you watch the original news video, where there are no anomolies, how his body language seems 100% plausible, like he's just stepping to the side to show the school sign.

But in the other video, when his face is a mess, it looks like he nearly diving out of frame like, "don't let them see me, I'm hideous."

It's just really wierd, how the body language comes across so differently on the original video, and then the compressed one.

This is so very fake it is not even funny. If you accuse the reporter of being a reptilian, then the lady who got assaulted is one too! Check out the video when she talks near the ending (approximatley 30 seconds to the finish), this illusion is taking effect there as well.

This is obviously a glitch. The young girl at the end of the video also experiences the same effect. I suppose she is also part of the "Reptilian shape-shifting agenda"? We would also have to assume that the reporter's suit jacket, the grass on the lawn and the sign for the school are also shape-shifting reptilians, because they also experience the same pixilation.

I'm not sure if someone intentionally messed with this video or what. But it is clearly, 100% somekind of error with the video or the download. I'm not a technical expert and am fairly clueless when it comes to these things. But its so obvious that it is a video problem and not an example of an alien doing the news.

If reptilian shape-shifters exist, then I doubt they would have a career as a live television reporter if they knew they could partially shift into a reptilian at any moment.

As we all know, reptilians take their privacy very seriously. I'm guessing you can expect a cease and desist order the the Reptilian Board of Privacy and Anonymity.

OK I'm just kidding. It's just a video signal problem. No scary aliens there. Neat looking video though.

that's actually whats most likely causing the glitch. The way most video compression works, it compares the current frame to the frames coming up. If the frame coming up is different (say, the guy isn't there) it pulls shapes and colors from that frame on accident, which would give him a pixelated look, and a green tint to his neck, since that's where the grass is in the next few frames

lol funny vid but mainly video problems i say. you see the grass shift along with his face and then when he interviews the girl she morphs too. whats up with that some mighty morphing convention?

it sounds like you have the same mentality as the guard possibly, he too might have thought she "looked" like a rude kid and decided to lay the smack down on her out of sheer prejudice and ignorance.
because she "looked" like she might be a bad kid doesnt make her.. and i cant believe you said the same for her mother, whom you dont know or never heard speak.

..... and PLEASE, Meatclown (original post-er) and any others it applies to; please do at least the bare minimum of homework before adding more disinfo to an already difficult area of debate!

This plea is coming from someone who IS open to the possibility of shapeshifting... This sort of "no research" crap is NOT helpful to anyone, and only gives the skeptics more ammo.

Sounds good with the exception that the girl also has a green neck when her face gets weird and there's no grass in the camera view. perhaps it's out of view, but you get the feeling she's in the hospital or her home, cause they show her bandaged arm right before the scroll to her face.

i dunno. i'd just like an expert frame by frame of the sequences where the anomalie appears on his head and follows him going off camera.
