Wheres The Justice?

What kind of justice is this? Janklow gets 100 days in jail for manslaugter! I think thats totally out of line, especially after earlier comments made by Janklow about how he loved to speed and drive fast! Their is no justice in this sentence!

Indeed, thats BULL #, so cram it you ultra libs who want no manditory sentancing. Anyways, I belive the punishments need to be harsher. Scew the needle, hang the basterds. Also a child porn traficer was givin only 10 years! The judge left 'sorry' for him and belived he should get no time, however the statue said 10 years is the minimum. The God dammed son of a bitch need to be sent to the firing squad and SHOT. No bastered who raped/murdered/child porn/ect should live.

Just so you know, Taxman, not all "Ultra-libs" are against mandatory sentencing. Janklow sould serve way more than 100 days. Isn't the maximum 25 years. That sounds more than fair considering the SOB took a man's life. They should have just slapped him on the wrist and have been done with it.

This is just another way of saying "one rule for you, another rule for us." and it is BS.

I was generalizing them. I know that its not right however my point above.

As a motorcycle rider I think Janklow should be made to stand in the middle of the freeway for that 100 days.

But after all, aren't the courts that sit in judgement known as Courts of Law, rather than Courts of Justice ? (Apart from the one in London, UK). So how can anyone really expect Justice. It looks like this Reptilian/Repugnant got away with it, just like so many other of the 'moneyed class'.
