European condoms AIDS-tainted - Mozambique bishop

Now this is one hellava conspiracy if it is true =) Not that I believe a one bit of this story...
So two European countries are infecting condoms they fabricate with HIV/AIDS-virus and sending them to Africa. Hmmm...I could not have come up with better idea myself.
Seriously, I think africans are spreading the disease all by themselves, by NOT wearing the condoms europeans are making to them.
Catholic priest trying to make africans not to wear condoms? Makes me think is catholism trying to get rid of nonobeying members of the church or something?

Best way to fight AIDS is not to have sex according to this bishop. Yes, maybe in a land called Utopia. This is why church should not have anything to do with lawmaking or similar things. This bishop really lives in a fantasyland and thinks that people are not going to have sex?

Anyways, does that bishob from Mosambique have any credit to his story or not?
