"The control of crime will be a paramount concern in the 21st Century". So thats how it begins, I wonder what else this project might wish to control besides crime. Even though the subjects these implants have supposedly been done on are convicts it seems to me that if there is any truth in the whole thing that some very basic freedoms have been taken away from them. In reading the report its not clear whether or not these procedures actually took place or not, but definitely they need to halt, convicts today, free citizens tommorow! Is there nothing the Government or NWO wont do for total control, of course not.
