A stunning report published by Jane's Defense Weekly confirms rumors of a July explosion at a Syrian military base at al-Safir, near Aleppo, in which reportedly "dozens" of Iranian engineers were killed along with their Syrian counterparts.

Syria had originally dismissed reports of the explosion by saying the blast was generated by the desert heat causing the accidental detonation of a stockpile of explosives.

If I didn't have little children who have yet to experience the fullness of
life, I might be eager for some excitement of this kind too. But for their
benefit, I hope whatever conflict arises is decisive and confined to "over
there".

1) It's from World Nut Daily. Not exactly an accredited news source.

2) There is no such thing as prophecy. Any "news" story that has a headline like that has an agenda and is not true journalism.

The thing to remember about "prophesies" is that they DO EXIST in the minds of some people. There are many millions of people from different religions who believe in prophesy - and - that they will receive a reward in the next life if they help the prophesy come to pass.

We can discount prophesies and religion all we want, but that doesn't matter to those who believe. The really scary part is that some of the people in the Middle East with their fingers on "the button" are believers.

First of all this is an opinion piece not a news article so try not to confuse the two. Second of all I would not take Biblical prophecy lightly considering how many detailed Biblical prophecies have come to pass including,

the rebirth of Israel
the revival of the Roman empire (pending)
the exact date of the arrival of Jesus
the destruction of the original city of Tyre
Israels exile
the coming of Alexender the Great
the rise of the first Roman empire
the utter and permanent destruction of Babylon (Saddam tried to rebuild it. The Americans made it a radioactive ammo dump.)

I could go on.

I can see how this ties in with activities in the ME now.
But oddly enough at the top of the page is this:

Not ancient news, but it is from 1/2 a decade ago. It's been imminent for quite a while so something should be happening any time now I guess. Right?
