What is going on? Granted, this video does not show what happened prior to the woman being tasered. However, I thought tasers were supposed to be a last resort. She was already handcuffed...

Police LIKE to use the tazer and will do it any time when they feel they need to.

he should certainly loose his job for that one. he filed on the official report that his taser 'misfired' repeatedly. It is blatantly obvious from the video that this is not true.

Guess the only good thing about this is it is getting some attention in the media. I doubt it would have ever if all these happenings wouldnt have started poppin up all at once.

I know this isn't funny but couldn't help but chuckle at your comment.

Heard my 78 year old aunt talking to one of her friends- earler this morning- I assume over the woman being tased.

"At least let her get up."

And she believes tasers could cause heart attacks or strokes in some people.


I think its time to use our power of citizenship and start performing citizens arrests on bad cops.

This is sadistic, and crazy. You can't taser someone repeatdly, and expect control. The very act itself would cause anyone to loose control.

There is no justification for this type of behavior.

There is no discussion to be had upon this.

There is no reasoning for his actions, that is merely a video of torture.

May that mud rolling, fat bellied pig one day find his throat slit.

This trend with the shock happy JBT's will
only end when the thugs start facing prison time
for their crimes, not just a slap on the hand like
paid admin suspension is.

I dont think there would be any mystery what would
happen to a cop in prison.
Maybe that would straighten up their attitudes.
Watching the video posted it seems like the cop
was getting off on it, like a small kid that tortures

Yeah, those types figured out they can get away with torturing and in some cases killing people if they just become cops.
