Latin translates to "Fortune Favours the Bold."

I'm a big fan of heraldry (something us yanks were denied as a country), and I of course love the flag, so 8 points for subject matter. Unfortunately, they don't mix well together (clashing colors, and drawing over photo-realistic image). So minus one point for that. You might want to snip the extra scrolling at the far dexter and sinister parts of your crest so you can zoom in on it a bit to get that extra bit of detail.

Final Score 7/10.

Er, it's odd to say the least. I have no idea what it is, but it reminds me of Angels and Demons, so I'll throw a 7/10 your way!

Looks like a cross between Einstein and Orthopox-13 from Destroy All Humans.....
