It's the grey interview "Alien Interview" stolen from S-4 while SVHS taped interviews of the EBE were being transferred to 'DDS' media by a man using the name "Victor".

I believe it all occurred in /96. Just how real it is, is up to you. 'Victor' was also interviewed on the then called Art Bell Show. Both Art Bell and Shawn Morton really dug into Victor - on air and both were impressed with Victors knowledge of things such as S-4 cafeteria location and number of coffee machines, stuff like that. It's felt he was there, as for the rest of his story and authenticity of the video -- ?
