So what happened to bigfoot?

A couple of years ago, some gu claimed to have captured bigfoot.
As far as I'm aware, nothing came of it. I tried researching the event and came up with nothing, the only information I had was from this thread at the time of the so called "capture". Thread

no, seriously, if i saw bigfoot, i would gather as much information as possible. make sure it wasnt a person, or a gorilla. i would listen to see if it made any noises, and if it did, try to explain them in a way people would understand.

I think I would find it difficult to capture him as I love all animals and couldn't harm him (not that I would be physically able to)

But if I did capture one, then it would of course be filmed but I would hesitate at letting scientists study it, I think I would have to let it go!

The guy who claimed to capture bigfoot lied, and scammed a ton of money from people too, the only excuse he gave was he was scammed by a mysterious woman.
