Exoskeletons and Nanocommunications

Aye people, I am having trouble finding much information on Nanocommunications and Exoskeletons. I have heard things about Exoskeletons being able to read signals from your body like blood flow, vital signals etc. There have also been rumors about Nanocommunications so that you are able to recieve a message without anyone hearing it because it like vibrates on your eardrum enuogh so that only u can hear it? If anyone has any info on these PLEASE let me know!
