What really happened with Art Bell?

I read he was getting death threats from Phillipinos from a bogus email that he did not send. That's why he left S. Asia and if my info is correct also bailed on the high desert.

i doubt he received death threats in nv. but the e-mail thing has been around for years. art has a new baby and in the first year and a half infants need constant attention. so he will do a couple of shows here and there the first 2 years but if i know art he'll be back when he can.
