Here are two interesting web sites for the exact same thing. Are you prepared for a disaster?

Does someone in government know something is going to happen and we need to be prepared for a disaster of some sort?

One is from Canada and the other from Indiana.

I wonder if other states are issuing the same 'warning'?

I think this is case of reading too much into something. "Normal" disasters for which we need to be prepared for do happen as well.
