Well let's define cyborg first:
A human who has certain physiological processes aided or controlled by mechanical or electronic devices.

So in fact, they already walk among us.
Many people have implanted medical devices that fall within that definition, even children with cochlear implants in their ears have cybernetic parts.
The same would go for pace makers, electronic artificial limbs, or any assisted breathing apparatus.
So yes, the day will come when more and more of these devices could be used to enhance a soldier, but don't expect anything like the Robocop
movies.
I think wars will eventually be fought by robots with their controllers far from the battlefield like we see with UAVs, not with enhanced super
soldiers revived from the dead or injured.
