Honestly, I don't think the the U.S would tolerate for a nanosecond that situation..Security aside, weapons sales is one of our rackets ..No one will be allowed to step on our dinnerplate from next door. Imagine if you were a drug dealer, and someone setup shop across the street..Panamas Noriega found that out the hard way..
