reason for future attacks

I was thinking of possible reasons why the govt didn´t manage to respond to all the inconsistencies in a professional way. they don´t have any state interests to professionally debunk all ´conspiracies´.

I don´t mean that they only would debunk themselfes, of course.. , thats clear but something other..

in short words:
they play deaf, because they already have clear plans of near attacks in the future, they produce and can use, once again.
their non-response is a FUTURE public controll argument/tool.

thats one reason, why they dont respond IN A NORMAL, HUMAN, RESPONSIBLE way of clarification.
