A QUARTER of Jewish Israelis doubt that Israel will exist long-term and more than 70 per cent have a bad assessment of the country's security situation, an opinion poll revealed today.

Wow this is very surprising.

They jews have been through alot, as we all know, and for 1/4 of their country men believing that their country will not exist long term is very intresting and surprising.

For Israel to fall, would surely mean WWIII. These guys hold mass stocks of Biologicial / Chemical and Nuclear weapons, and Im sure if they were really about to lose their country, all HELL would break lose, especially when their supporters get involved, let alone if they are not the ones that started Israels demise.

Well if they would stop their BS, maybe they could last forever. Also, an alternative to die would be to move Israël to somewhere else, where someone wants them or where there's no one else. My bets would be either in the south of US where all those right wing fundamentalists christians will love it, or move it to Siberia where it was suggested initially. Or if you can't do anything like that, disband it or do a multi-religion state. But eh, zionists are like saudi arabia, they are led by a bunch of religious nutjobs.

Only 57 per cent of respondents said it was safer for Jewish people to live in Israel than in the West, compared to 39 per cent who said it was safer in the West or amounted to the same thing.

When we see this we see that the propaganda about Israël worked... When do we heard jewish hate crimes in the west? Seriously? And when they occur, it's when Israël invade a country or do something very bad. If Israël would be disbanded, jews would be in security all over the western world, there's no Hitler today and won't have any others in the future. The elite are not against jews, they are against humanity as a whole.

Israel will not go down without a fight, if they have to suffer then the people around their nation must too. The US will not sit by and watch the country that has much money in it dissolve away. Unless US and it's allies are defeated, then Israel will remain a country.

well we know they wont go down without a fight because they have 200 illegal nukes i say the un and the western world should put sanctions on israel and disarm the state of its nuclear weapons or do what bush does invade the country and remove its nuclear weapons they are a threat to every muslim country as you say they wont go down with out a fight be a bit unfair.

As israel is surrounded and ridiculously outmanned by their enemies the U.S.overlooks their nukes.They are their only viable defense and deterent against being over run in a mass attack upon their state.As for a previous posters idea of disbanding and moving an entire countries populace i suggest a reality check and less medication.

The State of Israel should not have been established in the Middle East, regardless of the reasons those who decided it should be there had...

Given many of the people concerned were from Europe, it should have been established somewhere in Europe

Imagine what an amazingly peaceful place the ME would be if this had happened...Or would it ?

Simple demographics will see Israel cease to exist in the long term. The Muslim population of Israel will outnumber the Jewish population eventually given the disparity in birth rates.

How do you solve that situation with nukes? Nuke your own country? Expel Muslim Israelis in a pogrom? Concentration camps? Not exactly solutions the average Israeli Jew would find palatable.

Sorry, but where do you think all the people in Israël come from? Ah yes, others nations like Russia, Europe, North Africa and North America. So they did it to go in Israël, moving entire population, so they could do it to get out of there in a matter of 5 years. Anyway, intead of using the money the US give them to spend on arms they would use it to build cities and improve their quality of life in their new Israël somewhere else.

The jews have been dispersed all over the world since biblical times.This state is their sactuary,a safe haven from which they can defend themselves.Its not only muslims,arabs,persians but others as well who hate the jews.As a side note,isnt it odd that though facing superior numbers israel has yet to lose a war?That says something,imo.

No of course. But do you care if the Vatican is not in your country? Make a zone around all this and it will be international guarded by UN troops. So everyone can go there peacefully without fear of being killed.

Not Jewish here, but are you serious? Isreal should not have been created in the Middle East? Where are their holiest lands? Where do they come from? Who cares where they have been dispersed to around the world. Muslims probably have been dispersed wider and in more countries. How does one say that Isreal has no right to be located in the Middle East. Do you think you could tell Muslims, listen there are too many wars being fought over lands. We need to move you to a different location. One where the rest of the world accpets the location. One where you can not harm a neighbor. How about moving the whole lot of you to Antarctica. Thanks to global warming you will be getting premium land. Everyday the land is growing and should work well as more and more of your people come back to your new holy land?

The idea of telling Isreal they have no right to be in the Middle East is ludicrous.

..and that surely increased the morale of Israel's enemies significantly. I have to admit that given the current situation in the Middle East, Israel's future (nukes or not) looks bleak.

if israel had been resettled in west instead of mideast would their be peace there? the answer is no people have been fighting over that land sine time began. without israel in that location eygpt and syria would probably be fighting over this land. and iraq ,iran ,and saudiarabia would probably be scrapping.

If the jews can only coexist with the palestinians, this would solve everything, it's the jews land too, let's face it, the jews belong there and so do the palestinians, they lived in peace thoulsands of years ago, so why can't they do it now? they coexisted before so why can't they do it now?
It's from the outside intrest for that not to be, they don't want peace in the middle east, it's the elite that is turning things upside down, otherwise there would of been peace long ago, when the jews came back no one said anything, they were welcomed , but they were pushed from the back
to create a state where alot of other people lived at the time and those people were willing to share the land with them..for the simple fact that they knew the jews had a place there..but all that until the creation of the state of israel.
I'm sure things would of turned out different if people from outside did not pull strings.
