Looks like a chopped Peugeot. Can you imagine what that thing must ride like? Somebody had a lot more time than sense. One of the tire shops here in Dallas has a full sized van that’s chopped real short like that. At least they use it for advertising, but I’ve only seen it actually driving once. Looks hilarious.
