Judge Strikes Down Part of The Patriot Act

I think it is about time someone has came out and said in court that the Patriot Act is infringing on our privacy. What does everyone else think about this?

I for one am glad to see some in the judicary not beholded to the neocon clique.

You may want to edit your title as it was just a portion not the whole thing.

Actually the story can be posted in both ATS and ATSNN

You may want to edit your title a bit. While it would be great if the whole act was struck down it was just the bit on warrentless internet records
