The human body requires a certain amount to function properly. Too little or too much WILL KILL YOU. Be very careful how much you ingest, this stuff can be DEADLY.

I've even heard that with all of the global warming scenarios, that the glaciers have this stuff frozen in them, and deadly amounts might get released.

Jeez I guess were all doomed after doing some extensive research its came to my knowledge that 3/4 of our planet is covered in it! perhaps we can look to fish seen as theyve become immune to it.
