A Baby V/s a Cobra!

I apologize if this is the wrong forum,
Theres no blood and gore in this video, anyway the baby takes five strikes to it's head from the cobra and catches it in the process. People in the background can be heard, sound's like there having a good time or at lest not to concerned about whats going on in front of them.?
So is this a religious ritual, the snake has no teeth.?
Why does the baby not seem frightened in anyway.
Is it just a pet with no fangs and this is a common practice from where ever the video was made. Or are there religious reasons behind this bizarre video.

Hahahaha that is pretty funny. I read somewhere that most street cobras are defanged, so the baby feels little more than a tap. she's not scared because there's no pain, no loud noise, no big object etc. It's a rubber rope to the baby I guess. The final attack by the cobra was pretty funny to see, that babies straight chillin.
