i dont debate the fact that anyone can make this happen from Block buster to Telemarketers, but the fact that a robot voice replied almost imeadiatly saying "That was the incorrect response" makes me wonder!

Who was it!?

Someone has placed a virus on your phone. I would take it to service and tell them to fix that or give you another phone. when you pick up the 0000000000 they can trace you and listen to you calls. it could be the government or someone from an independent reseacher.
