Maybe someday it would be the right thing to do, but not today.

There are vast differences in culture, economics and religeon that seperate society today. Perhaps in a thousand years it will be different. The movement you see today is all about money. Not money for you and me, but money for politicians and big corporations. In the end the people of the US has the most to lose, not only from a north american union, but a global union as well.

I will agree with you there. When I say I would like a one world government, I am thinking in terms of ideals instead of what it would be like if it happened today. It just seems so many people here NAU or NWO and immediately spit it out of their mouths like curse words. I guess its kinda like communism, great in theory, but it can't be done in reality because of greed.

Open Borders , North American Union , Nafta Highway , ETC. This Country of our's is wide open for terrorist agents to just slip on in and do their dirty work with the full cooperation and blessings of the idiots who run this country ! It is obvious that in order for America to be safe to at least some extent , then it is up to all of us real patriots that love this great land we all call home to start takeing matters into our own hands since the powers that be arent going to do it !

You mean the idiots in D.C. surrounding themselves with troops? There may be 90 guns for every 100 Americans, but 90% of Americans dont have guns. Most that do have guns only will use them in self defense, and those that would be willing to take on the military are few and far between and would very likely not be able to find a centralized location to plan any sort of action.

im a transport mamager for a large company in england. We outsource haulage and i would say that 30% of there drivers are foreign.
This doesnt cause any problems and the english drivers dont really complain.
They still have to abide to the laws of the country they are working in.

Also they get the same rate of pay as the regular drivers , so there is no real incentive to employ foreign drivers as they cant be classes as cheap labor.

The problem here is that they WON'T have to comply with US laws, or fall under DOT regulations like US truck drivers do. It would be one thing if their trucks had to be up to US standards and they fell under DOT regulations, but they don't.

Putting our foot down and telling them we've had it is not going to change a thing. The government is doing everything possible to ensure widespread chaos so that they will be justified in implementing martial law. The more illegal activity that gets into this country, the faster it will happen. They're just sitting back and waiting for # to hit the fan.

You know, with all the talk lately of some big domestic tragedy and terror treats, etc., I find it interesting that we are now letting a whole bunch of foreign freight vehicles into the country. What type of security will be placed on these trucks? Are they going to scan all of the cargo? Cuz if I was somebody that was interested in getting a big bomb or something into the country, I would go stash it on a 18-wheeler in Mexico and have it drive across the border.

This thought crossed my mind as well. If there are "threats", then why are they making it easier for terrorists to get in? Or is it a setup?

mmm I'm sorry but most Americans do own guns for self defense and hunting and their are allot of guys who own AR-15s among other military grade guns.

Here's my CT. There is no terrorist threat other than that of our own government. Why? If there truly was a verifiable threat to our nation via the borders, don't you think we'd have the borders sealed up like a bag of beef jerky?

And no, I have nothing to base that theory on other than the fact that we hear so many times that we're gonna get hit. And nothing happens. I think if there really was a group that wanted to get in here bad enough and cause such a disaster of epic proportions, it would have been done already. Every year we get the same routine predictions, stating that on such and such a day, in such and such city, there will be a nuclear disaster, or a chemical attack, or whatever the case.

Also, again, if a terrorist wanted in, think of how many shipping containers get into the country on cargo ships. Customs has already made it clear that they can't keep up with the flow of goods coming in to our country. If a drug dealer can get in with coc aine, or heroin, what makes anybody think that a "terrorist" can't get in with a weapon?

That was a valid argument years ago but I guarantee their are some pissed off Arabs who would like to hurt us, They may not have the resources now but you never know. Bush knows if we have another attack that he just gets more power and thats why he hasn't closed the borders.

Of course Mexicans aren't the only people that litter. But I speak from experience. I've been to Mexico several times and have lived among illegals. Mexican-Americans are just like anybody else. I think that American truckers and trucking companies should take a week off and just see what happens in that week! Refuse to haul a load until the Mexican trucks are back in Mexico. I promise Washington would be begging for the strike to end. Pure Chaos would be at hand.

We really have to refuse this at all costs. Do what it takes.

Bad yes but kinda funny I mean Labor Day weekend. So that just promotes the Mexican sterotype in one way or another and I am sure this will be on the news.
