has anyone else seen this?

i'm not sure if this is alien stuff

a few hours ago i was sitting on my deck looking at the stars when about 5 star sized objects apeared they were blinking like an air plane but were red and blue-white lights. every couple of minutes they would jump to a different spot in the sky.

if anyone knows what this is please tell me

If it doesn't move in a line, more or less, if it instead "teleports" from one location to another, it isn't one of ours.

they would be flashing about the speed of a planes lights and then apear a couple miles away from where it was and there wsa no aparent formation but then again i watched it if about 5 min at most

Enh, could be military planes doing some kind of signaling exercise. How fast did the object appear to be moving?

i couldn't tell they would blink then a second or two later be in a different spot

Were these two spots pretty far apart or not that far apart? Try to estimate the distance between the two if you can.

around like 2 or 3 miles i'm not sure it was weird because they looked just like stars but blinking and moving

Hm. Sounds really, really fast. I did some calculations and found estimated speeds to be in the neighborhood of 10k MPH. You don't need to be an aircraft expert to know that no non-classified aircraft can do that.

I have no idea what the hell you saw. Get a video camera that you can use on a minute's notice in case this phenomenon shows up again.

i dont have a good one it wouldn't catch it but i'm planning on buying a new one and i'll set it up all night some time. fyi military planes fly over my house all the time but are very low and i now know what they look like so this is kind of weird for me

oh yeah i forgot to mention the night of the eclipse i was up all night to see it and when i did go outside to see it there where weird streaks of light(kind of blue) about an inch or 2 thick and they just flew in fron of my face for a few minutes and ever since then i have seen them every time i go out at night(my dad saw them too) i have seen them with my glasses on and with my contacts on so i couldn't be a glare

See if they show up on video. Also, contact your local air traffic controller and see what (s)he noticed in your area on the nite of your multi-light sighting.

it will take a while for me to get a camera(no job=no money)but when i do i will video tape it. in the middle of typing this i decided to look outside and i saw that there was only one left and it was near the moon and from the 5 seconds i saw it was going around it (it was at the bottom them moved to the side)

i just saw more of them they were all over they sky and there was a big one that wasn't blinking in the middle tomorro morning i'll post a daylight picture of the area. any help with how to upload that picture onto my post?

More than one aircraft, perhaps? Many airplanes travel in pathlines toward airports. You may have been seeing each airplane in succession.

no theywere all together and not moving in a line but all over the place planes fly over but north to south and almost never at night they never go east to west where i am

Well, I don't know what to say. I wouldn't expect any teleportation to be happening, that's for sure. Teleportation is dangerous...

i just remembered somthing that i saw a year or two ago.i was in batavia new york at around one or two am i was with my sister her husband and my nephew. we were coming back from a ghost hunt that my brother in law'smom runs, rolling hills ghost hunts it was on that ghost hunters show, and on the way home we had some car trouble.so we were sitting on the side of the road by gcc for an hour or two and i noticed a really bright star and since we had nothing to do we were talking and ocasionally looking at the huge star and then all of the sudden it shot off at a speed that i have never seen in my life i just remembered this because of the thread to this day i haven't seen anything like it

if anyone near rochester new york wants to see this look west if you're in the city you might have to go towards brockport but it's crazy tonight my mom saw it with me and she thought the same thing and she never talks about that kind of stuff

what time was it? do u know if they were just airplanes? was color was they? Did anybody else see them?
