The president of France changed since the time, greer anounced his "collaboration". Sarkozy took power in may 2007, greer announced in january if i remember correct. This would leave italy and canada.
Also, G7 has been a group 'til 1998, when Russia joined. It's G8 now, but apparently, greer can't even update that info. G7 now is just a meeting of the financial ministers, nothing more, no presidents there. So, in 2007 there simply is no president in a group called g7. greerian lie, again.
