A look a bit deeper into the Nostradamus code;

While reading a description of one of the 3532634634 books about 2012, of which name I will not put up here so that I dont get flamed for advertising, I noticed it said the neuclear descruction of rome, that got me remembering a past thread I read that has something along the lines of "Dont let the US go the way of Rome" could that have been the interpreataion that Nostradamus got? Possibly he saw that general idea and thought of the attack being on rome, as there was no 'USA' at the time, maybe US was interpreted as us?

Just a thought that occured to me.

I can only suggest looking up the multitude of threads on ATS about the so called code and interpretations. As for the US / us interpretation I doubt that Nostradamus was that far reaching - his quatrains were cryptic but to my knowledge none have ever been proven to hold coded messages like the one you are suggesting.
