I'm gonna go ahead and state that both videos show nothing but YouTube quality videos and moving. That's what causes that, it's when a compressed video has a quick movement from one frame to the next and the video distorts the image. It happens with all videos on YouTube, it happens with alot of normal videos.

Has anyone else noticed that all these Reptilian videos coming out these days are always on You Tube. Every supposed reptilian video is always the utter worst quality as well.I have never seen one ...not one video that remotely shows a Reptilian shape shifter...what ever you want to call it.

Why don't you just watch the video directly from her "hillcast". Youtube did not cause those shifts.

Dear, oh, dear oh, dear. Guys, guys, guys (and girls, girls, girls), the moto of this wonderful site is DENY IGNORANCE.

By thinking these videos show anything more than poor video compression, lighting and motion-blur, you are IGNORING the evidence that your BRAIN should be clearly conveying - These are not examples of 'Humanoid Reptillian' shape-shifting, and to think anything else is laughably ridiculous.

This is EXACTLY the same as the last one that was posted - evidence nothing more of how crappy the video quality is on video-sharing sites like YouTube.

Anyone who believes in Reptillians - all you are doing by posting these videos as evidence is weakening your already thread-bare argument of proof.

In all the years people have claimed a shape-shifting Reptillian presence, there has yet to be even a SINGLE photo, or video recording or ANYTHING, of such an occurance. Yet, much like a total lack of tangible evidence for many religious figures and experiences - people still BLINDLY accept the Reptillian theory based on absolutely nothing more a handful of eye-witness reports (usually sourcing from people with a book to sell), and a hotch-potch of bad history and archaeology.

I'll admit, when you first come across the work of someone like David Icke, it's so accessible and the surrounding ideas of tying in all other areas of conspiracy theory into one tidy catch-all mega-theory is attractive - but surely even browsing the threads on here one must have seen these theories take apart brick by brick. These people are mostly attention-addicted doom-mongers after an easy buck.

I love how the people who ignore evidence are always the ones who are insulting and rude.

How can people believe that an alien reptile can perfectly disguise itself as a human and at the same time believe that their disguise has glitches in their eyes every 30 seconds. Is it more reasonable to think that every single person who has talked face to face with Hilary hasn't noticed something like this, or that it is due to low quality youtube videos. Stop wasting your time looking for reptilians on youtube.

No insult to anyone here, but those videos are just ridiculous. Completely ludicrous. I don't see how they can prove anything that they're "reputed" to. I think it's just lame attempt at physical evidence, if you ask me.

Exactly, its so unbelievable that eye witness accounts around the world have been dismissed as crazy[David Icke research]. You could talk face to face with Hillary and not notice it because its so fast.

Their is nothing strange in those videos, just lighting, and a bit of music to make it seem spooky. It all seems completely normal, and the spooky music kinda ruined it a bit.
