I didn't mean to say you are paranoid, I just have made myself paranoid before when my mind gets started and seeks to know something that is not currently knowable to me. You have made yourself somewhat vulnerable by coming here and sharing what it is like for you to attempt to make some sense of it. That takes courage.

I understand what it is like to have something happen that doesn't fit in my knowledge base. I have had many such experiences. If I really talked to most people I know about the things I believe to have happened I would be labeled as crazy or delusional or out of touch with reality. Well we all know reality is subject to change so keep on looking for answers and similar expereinces by others and maybe some day it will come together.

This is an interesting insight. As a young kid I never had issues with heights, now I have major issues with heights. Even getting on my roof to put up Christmas lights for my kids is the most frightening thing to me.

I was awakened from anesthesia during a colonoscopy and an entity spoke thru me that called itself the watcher. It advised my physician he was about to punch a hole in my colon and I would bleed to death in my sleep that night. It advised him to reposition me and instructed me to sort of blow my belly out, sort of arch my back. They did reposition me on my back and I complied. At the end of procedure the 'watcher' said it would be severely sanctioned for its actions. Said the next watcher would have its hands full with me and referred to some bad driving in my lexus gs400.
Or it could have been a bad reaction to the anesthetics. I don't know, I was gased, but the Dr agreed the exchange occured afterwards.

The more spiritual you get, The good way or the other brings on attacks in many forms. The closer you get with God then the more the evil one tries to tempt and attack you. The more Evil you get the more the evil one pushes you.
I have had a demonic encounter before when I was laying in bed one night. It felt as someone sat on my chest and it took my breath away, I couldn't see anything on me and I was terrified. I repeated this twice and it was gone, By the blood of Jesus Christ I rebuke thee. I know I was not dreaming because I was watching TV and it was not late. This kind of thing has not happened before or after and I'm very thankful for that.

wow, I've heard of the old lady syndrome. That is intense.

I feel like im being watched often and last night i had a dream, which is why i am browsing these forums once again after a long break.

I dreamt of a few years in the future on christmas eve or new years wasn't to sure. I saw lots of lights in the sky and i during the dream i had a feeling that when the time was right the lights in the sky would do something of evil intent. The dream was weird but what freaked me out and made this feel like more then just a dream was that when i got home in my dream and went to bed after the night out, i felt a force grab me and push me into the wall, at this point i woke up and while i had woken up i felt a strong rush. I physically felt like i and my bed went flying into the door of my cupboard. I tried to scream and wake my room mates up at this point but nothing came out and i was completely paralyzed so after not being able to move for a few seconds i stopped trying to because it would scare me more. Then 30 seconds later i sat up and put the light on and was to scared to turn it off. I felt like their was a force in the room. Like what i was dreaming i wasn't meant to be. And as im writing this now i feel like im being watched.

During the dream i was kind of relaxed even though i felt like their was going to be mass havoc as if i had been their before so i took what was coming. But when i was pushed and my dream world kind of met up with the real world i was shaking in fright and had a rush all up my body


*edit* - my bed and i didn't actually go flying into the wall. It just felt like that, so incredibly real that i had to look around the room to notice the bed had not move and i was still sleeping in the same spot. I think that if this was a sort of look into the future that whatever was watching made sure that i exited the dream and woke up. Im not exactly sure and am quite confused at the moment.

OMG I was actually about to post a similar experience!! - The hair on the back of my neck stoodup when I read your words because I know its true!

I was sleeping and I felt a pressure on my chest. I sometimes sleep with my eyes open. (Not completely, just a little at the bottom but when i sleep on my back it becomes more obvious)
I woke with my eyes already open, and saw a creature about 2 ft tall crouched on the right side of my chest with his/her/its arms outstretched onto my chest doing something.
I was overcome with fear at first but then overwelmed with courage and then i pushed both my arms to push it off and then sat immediately upright! - All happened in split seconds but it really freaked me out.

Apparently the shadow people made themselves present there on a massive scale. The trans dimensional beings are referred to as "Mothmen" This label is quite popular in many legends, especially in that small town in WV. I guess when we look into a fish tank, we are shadow people to the fish. So if you are being followed, and you know you are being watched the reason why is because they are picking you to help alter events.

I would like to see some responses.

Worse, even worse. I was held down and pinned to my bed once. The same happened to my mother. The only thing visible was a black shadow. That is it. But the hands felt real. It was like they were invisible but still solid. We are merely fish in a bowl to these beings.

Some of these beings can possess you for purposes that exceed the notion of good and evil. It's beyond that. Their motives do not coincide with ours. Perhaps the hosts who possess the body are angels instead of demons. You might have been chosen to alter events in the timeline, or change history, re-write it, etc.

I can only speculate. I just know that I'm not a zombie like most of the billions of people on this planet. I feel like I 've been followed my whole life. There was always someone behind me. My curse is my blessing.

Always listen to yourself and your instincts. Never let anyone tell you what you feel or sense isn't real.

I strongly believe we all have "powers" because we all are much more then we seem. With that I believe we also have the ability to control what happens to us, or manifest events.

I am aware on occasion of something not right in my world, a presence, evil and otherwise steps into my reality. As others have stated I tell them to leave and make it happen.

If something watches you and makes you feel afraid or uncomfortable, make it stop! You are more powerful then it can ever be.

I don't have any powers or "powers". But I do feel like I'm being watched sometimes at night in my room.. I don't pay much attention to it, I think I'm just a little paranoid

i'm sorry you guys. i apparently don't have time AT ALL to get on the computer. my boss won't give me any time off and my other week of vacation "somehow" disappeared.

but alas, i digress. i'm trying to catch up with the results of my own forum. THIS IS CRAZY!!!! i've never had this much success in a continuing forum. thank you guys for actually replying to this simple cry for help of mine. i didn't think there were that many people that shared my encounter.

i don't remember who exactly said that it was a good thing that we were being watched, but whoever it is is being watched by something different than whatever the heck is watching me. keep in mind that one of my powers is a sort of sixth sense, and i can can tell that it doesn't exactly have the best of intentions. that same person also said that i haven't been harmed by it. this is also wrong. and if you don't believe that, i have plenty of scars to prove it.

if anyone else has any experiences, please don't be hesitant to post. i'm not out to get anyone, i'm actually just tryin to get some help like everyone else on this thread.

as a sidenote, i'll probably only be getting on here on wednesdays. sorry that i can't be on here more, but it's not my choice.

This is something that came up randomly in another thread awhile back ,yes i feel i am being "watched" but i feel it's spiritual ,i get the cold feeling ,scary feeling.

I usually count & force myself to look behind me ,on certain occasions i even felt it coming from a different room in my house,esp the kitchen area.

For now i am writing it down as being paranoid cause i am always on ATS reading of the unknown ,though i came to ATS upon searching about the paranormal as i felt scared..so hard to really differentiate ..i'd like to believe the paranoid excuse cause i have fear when i get that "watchy" feeling ..so i lie to myself..mind games

Let me explain the visitations i have had / felt.

When they are bad ones i feel #ing scared , Really #ing scared like i have to run up stairs and leave the lights on , you see them in the corner of your eye because your paying attention to some thing else and your eye's cant dectect them because there invisible or just made up of colors the human eye cant see , its always good to have a dog because a dog can sense them . i dont have a dog because i do not like dogs that much plus i have alergys.

The good ones is why you talk to your self , Your body knows some ones there just like the bad ones , But it knows they are good and it switches your mouth on to talk so you talk outloud when you think your the only one there.

yeah, with me it's somewhat the same feeling, just that it's not normally in the kitchen. it chooses to show itself at different times, and as far as i can tell there is no pattern.

i used to be able to ignore it/them, but now they have a way of breaking into my mind sort of. and that's probably why i can't shake them off.

I saw you acknowledged that what I shared gave you insight in the situation you are in.

I find it hard to talk about this. I have experienced an arresting sensation with full feeling of someone's hands gripping me while in my bed. Remembering how alert I was, awake and feeling the hands. But I still rather keep this to myself since its something I have no control over and probably can't do anything about.

I just heard a story of N.Y Yankee Center fielder Johnny Damon who had a similair experience. I too felt what he felt and also saw a shadow figure. Many cases were reported in Point Pleasant W.V as well. But I'm just a fish in a pond.

yea im contantly being watched. I have voices in my head too! ha ha no joke my thoughts are being watched by this guy to.never to be free again.thats all i have to say.
