US 'Shoot on Site' Order Issued For Escaping Americans

Why waste a bullet? Let them leave the US. (Frankly I don't think the "news" is credible or even real. Just more garbage cranked out daily on the internet. Indeed, the US would have nothing to say about what any guards do once a person is on another country's land.

If Mexican police are allowed to shoot Americans escaping across the border, then how come we don't have a reciprocal agreement allowing American police and border agents to shoot Mexicans escaping into America? There is something wrong here.
