This one is very intresting, from one of Jaime Maussan's conference videos.
NOT a balloon for a change! Oops, did I just say that?

I don’t know anything but to me it doesn’t look like a hoax, but I wouldn’t say it was particularly good or conclusive footage.

If we can rule out it being a hoax then what could the object be? What man made object can react that way in a aircrafts turbulence?

Yes, very interesting indeed. Since the plane's shockwave obviously
affected this UFO, there's no doubt that it was almost directly in the
jet's line of flight. It's not something higher in the sky and it's not a
speck on the lens. Because it snapped right back to it's original
position, this UFO seemed to be almost attached to that point in the
sky by some means.

Also, shouldn't the plane's onboard radar have sounded some kind of
collision warning? Even an object this small would have caused a
catastrophe if it had been a few feet lower. This is an amazing and
scary clip. I wonder if the FAA knows about this close call? Hopefully,
these UFO's are intelligently controlled to avoid an actual crash. Have
there been many unexplained midair collisions with unknown objects
reported over the years?

It looks just like a balloon to me.
What makes you think its not one?

How the hell can a balloon react that way in the turbulence of an aircraft?
If it was a balloon it would have flown completely out of shot or been ripped apart, it moves with the plane then moves back into it's original position. Sorry, but whatever the object is, it's not a balloon.

The balloon is initially caught in the wind stream over the aircraft and sucked along with its travel in that stream. I believe that this is caused by the Venturi Effect, though maybe someone here with more background in aviation engineering knows the more proper name for it. Either way that air stream is local to the aircraft, and once the balloon moves out of the stream, it continues on its original attitude and course as driven by the wind. You cannot say that the object returns to its previous location as there is nothing in the film to make a reference for judging location. The same thing would happen if it was passed at high-speed by a car.
