are insects aliens?

This is a reoccuring day dream I've kept to myself and I'll post it just to see if anyone else has had it.

Ever stop to wonder if something so small and ignored as a wasp, fly, bee, etc could be extra terrestrial? Witnesses describe their UFO sightings as sounding like a swarm of bees passing overhead, and the way the UFO's are claimed to hover and whizz off like they do.. There are simularities.

If insects are from other planets, then it's my opinion yellow jackets, wasps and hornets are from a demon planet.
